As the year draws to a close, it's natural to want to reflect on how it has been. For businesses, this is also a time to summarize achievements, accomplishments, and earnings. However, the most interesting part is compiling data on how you have used our products and how our collaboration translates into numbers.

But what did we talk about most often?
Our support team helped you daily to tackle two types of challenges:
1. To ensure everything is in order with invoices and licenses:
On the administrative side, we most often helped organize subscriptions to ensure uninterrupted work. The most common questions we solved together:
- License management: How to quickly renew a subscription and where to find the final invoice?
- Scaling: How to decrease or increase the number of users and databases?
- Payment clarification: Situations where "Payment is made, but Jumis doesn't work." Often, we discovered together that the payment was made to a different bank, the amount was incorrect, or the system simply needed time to update.
2. To ensure accounting works accurately:
On the technical side, we delved into the nuances of the system to make it work exactly as you need:
- Customization: How to create new, specific invoice postings?
- Data security: How to correctly connect a new user to the database, granting only limited rights (so everyone sees only what they need to see)?
- Reports: How to "extract" data from the system and create exactly the report management needs?
To help you solve these issues independently, during this period we also conducted 13 educational seminars.
