Our Latest Service: E-Invoice Exchange Tool Jumis Envoice

Along with the latest version of Jumis, a new service, Jumis Envoice, will also be delivered. It will operate in test mode until the end of September and can be tried for free.

Jumis Envoice

• provides e-invoice exchange between Jumis Pro accounting products;
• improves and simplifies getting started and enables sending and receiving e-invoices to/from an e-address (until September 2025);
• offers the possibility to send and receive e-invoices in collaboration with e-invoice operators (e.g., Unifiedpost, Telema), including sending and receiving e-invoices to/from the Peppol network (until October 2025).

How to Start Using Jumis Envoice

• In the Jumis accounting program, apply for Jumis Envoice activation, where you need to provide the email of the company's authorized signatory and check whether you want to activate this service for the correct company's Jumis database. 
• After filling in the information, the company's authorized signatory will receive an email with a link to open the erekini.mansjumis.lv website, where, using e-signature authentication, they can open the received application for Jumis Envoice activation. During authentication, it will be verified whether the respective person is the company's authorized signatory. If the indicated person is listed in the company register as authorized to sign company documents, the application will open, which can be signed with an e-signature. 
• After signing the application, Jumis Envoice will be activated, the company will be registered in the Jumis Envoice address book as an e-invoice sender and receiver, and the e-invoice exchange process will be ready to operate!

In the first phase, until September 30, 2025, we ensure the possibility to exchange e-invoices between Jumis Pro products, and later we will introduce the option to separately apply for e-invoice exchange with an e-address and/or e-invoice operators.
In the case of an e-address, the service activation will take a bit more time, as the company will need to be activated on the e-address side after signing the e-address application form (this can be done on the erekini.mansjumis.lv website). Once this happens, a notification will appear that e-invoice exchange with the e-address is active.

Using Jumis Envoice is a paid service, but during the testing phase, until Jumis Envoice provides the possibility of e-invoice exchange with an e-address and e-invoice operators, we offer it for free!
