New Prices for Jumis People and People+

Starting January 1, new prices will take effect for users of the Jumis People and People+ product. These changes will allow us to continue investing in product development and provide the highest quality and most powerful solution possible. The new price calculator is available here.

We have compiled the latest changes that are already available to our clients and those still in development:

Completed:

• Always compliant with legislation from the first day changes take effect;
• People+ includes the self-service portal My Assistant at no additional cost to the client.

Improvements:

• In vacation calculations;
• In accounting templates and synchronization with Jumis;
• In employee list filtering;
• In employee profiles;
• In bulk actions;
• In schedule and table creation;
• In API integration capabilities.

Features introduced in 2025:

• Search within People to quickly find specific functions;
• Shortened employee input form;
• Automatic salary calculations and conditions required for it to work.

In development:

• Improvements in entering average earnings information (by 31.12.2025);
• An AI chatbot to help quickly find answers to unclear questions about working with the system (by 31.03.2026);
• Improvements in hour entry and working with tables (importing, exporting, hour entry, aggregated working hours) (by 30.06.2026);
• Expansion of My Assistant functionality (multi-level vacation requests and approval of entered hours, introduction of the "My Data" section, and the ability for employees to report changes to personal information) (by 31.03.2026);
• New options for information and document exchange between My Assistant and People (by 31.03.2026);
• Enhancements to additional vacation (additional vacations for children, the ability to enter custom types of additional vacations/paid days off) (by 30.06.2026);
• Improvements in the impact of rescheduled working days on salary calculations and vacation days (by 31.03.2026).
