Dear Jumis system users,

We have prepared the Jumis 2025 May release, featuring improvements designed to make working with the system easier and more efficient.

25/05/2025 — Jumis version includes:

• Jumis Envoice - a tool for sending and receiving e-invoices between Jumis Pro accounting products,
• implemented e-invoice saving,
• updated e-invoice compliance with the EU e-invoicing standard, including corrections to units of measurement,
• simplified adding signatures to system templates,
• improved logo uploading,
• improved partner selection by country region in the VAT return specification,
• improved general ledger generation performance.

We have prepared the Jumis 2024 November release, featuring improvements designed to make working with the system easier and more efficient.
Key highlights of the Jumis 2024 November release:

1. Account statement import using GoCardless: Cloud solution only!
   • Data import occurs automatically;
   • Import of Revolut and PayPal account statements.
2. Cash vouchers have been updated to include the date and number under which they are registered in Jumis;
3. The "legal address" field has been included in specific reports;
4. Various technical improvements have been implemented.

Key updates in the Jumis 2024 March release:

1. The profit or loss statement has been updated with a new net turnover breakdown line for "construction services";
2. Improved VAT return format in accordance with SRS methodology for submission via the SRS EDS;
3. Improved currency exchange rate retrieval from the ECB;
4. Various functional improvements have been implemented to enhance system performance.

We have prepared and are releasing the Jumis 2023 September release, which includes improvements designed to make working with the system easier and more efficient.‍

Key updates in the Jumis 2023 September release:

1. the partner list has been updated with a new column: VAT number;
2. a new document type has been introduced in the finance section: Sales Invoice Posting;
3. improved creation of individual records – the reminder to create payroll lists in Personnel has been disabled;
4. when creating an empty database, an updated list of banks is included;
5. a 5% VAT rate has been created in a new database;
6. in a new database, the default payment control is set to detailed;
7. improved signature addition in documents;
8. various other improvements have been made.

1. Improved signature area for reconciliation statements in the Word version;
2. New fields for data selection have been added to financial reports:
   • partner registration number;
   • partner code.
3. In inventory turnover reports – document partner VAT number;
4. Increased the character limit for the email field in the partner card;
5. Various other improvements have been made.

• Fixed an issue related to data storage in Dropbox;
