We have prepared the April 2026 release of the Jumis system, featuring improvements designed to make your work with the system easier and more efficient.

09.04.2026 — The Jumis update includes:

• the ability to enter an NM registration number in the personal ID field of an employee card;
• the option to filter e-invoices sent or received via Jumis Envoice in warehouse document lists and reports;
• the inclusion of the country of origin in warehouse documents;
• the display of advance and warranty amounts in all warehouse documents;
• improved Jumis performance;
• and other enhancements.

25.05.2025 — The Jumis update includes:

• Jumis Envoice – a tool for sending and receiving e-invoices between Jumis Pro accounting products,
• implemented e-invoice saving functionality,
• enhanced e-invoice compliance with the EU e-invoicing standard, including corrections to units of measurement,
• simplified process for adding signatures to system templates,
• improved logo upload functionality,
• enhanced partner selection by country region in the VAT declaration specification,
• improved general ledger generation performance.

We have prepared the November 2024 release of the Jumis system, featuring improvements designed to make your work with the system easier and more efficient.

Key highlights of the Jumis November 2024 release:

• Bank statement imports via GoCardless: available exclusively in the cloud solution! Data is imported automatically;
• Import of Revolut and PayPal bank statements;
• Cash receipts and payment orders now include the date and number under which they were registered in Jumis;
• The "legal address" field has been added to selected reports;
• Various technical improvements have been implemented.

Key highlights of the Jumis March 2024 release:

• The profit or loss statement has been updated with a new line item for net turnover breakdown: "construction services";
• The VAT return format has been improved in accordance with the State Revenue Service (VID) methodology for submission via the VID EDS portal;
• The retrieval of exchange rates from the ECB has been improved;
• Various functional enhancements have been implemented to improve overall system performance.

• the partner list has been updated to include a new column: VAT number;
• a new document type has been introduced in the finance section: Sales invoice posting;
• the creation of individual records has been improved by removing the reminder to generate payroll lists in the Personnel module;
• the list of banks has been updated for new database creation;
• a 5% VAT rate has been added to new databases;
• the default payment control setting in new databases has been set to detailed;
• the process for adding signatures to documents has been improved;
• various other improvements have been implemented.
