Bailiff deductions (ZTI) now available in Jumis People
Jumis People now features a new function: calculation of deductions for sworn bailiff orders.
Previously, processing sworn bailiff orders required manual monthly calculations, including tracking priority levels, ensuring the employee retains the legally mandated portion of their salary, and monitoring remaining balances. With Jumis People, this can now be done automatically and in full compliance with the law.
How does it work?
Simply register the writ of execution details in the employee's profile once, including the priority level, total amount, and other necessary information.
From then on, during each payroll calculation, the system will automatically:
- calculate the deduction from the net pay after taxes;
- adhere to the priority order of claims as stipulated by the Civil Procedure Law, ensuring higher-priority claims are always satisfied first;
- preserve the legally protected portion of the employee's salary, including the additional 15% of the minimum wage for each dependent minor child;
- allocate deductions proportionally if there are multiple writs of the same priority or multiple positions;
- monitor the remaining balance and automatically cease deductions once the claim has been fully satisfied.
The entire process is visible in one place
The payroll calculation provides a detailed summary that explains each step of the process. Accounting entries are generated automatically, and the system prepares a separate payment order for each deduction, including the case number and payment reference.
