Changes to Jumis Envoice billing

Please be advised that as of November 1, 2026 the billing method for Jumis Envoice will changewhen used in conjunction with Jumis. Previously, you received a postpaid invoice for the number of invoices sent during the preceding month. Moving forward, you will need to purchase prepaid e-invoice volume packages for Jumis Envoice, similar to how you currently purchase digitalization expense packages. The Jumis Envoice subscription fee remains included in the price of Jumis.

Jumis Envoice volume packages and prices*:

  • 20 e-invoices - 3 EUR 
  • 50 e-invoices - 7 EUR 
  • 100 e-invoices - 13 EUR
  • 200 e-invoices - 24 EUR 
  • 500 e-invoices - 55 EUR
  • 1000 e-invoices - 100 EUR

*Prices are exclusive of VAT; the purchased volume must be used within 180 days.

Additionally, please note that as of November 1, 2026, companies using Jumis Envoice and accounting services will have the option, by mutual agreement, to have their accounting service provider handle payments for Jumis Envoice. The accounting service provider will purchase the required volume of Jumis Envoice, which can then be used by all companies linked to this payment method. Instructions on how to set up this payment method will follow after November 1, 2026.
