Jumis Pro introduces a new pricing model

Dear Jumis Pro clients,
We believe that good accounting is built on data, transparency, and precision—just like a fair pricing system. Therefore, starting March 1, 2026, all new Jumis Finance and Jumis People clients will be offered a different payment method: a transaction-based pricing model, which will replace the current subscription fee.
A transaction-based pricing model (sometimes referred to as usage-based pricing or UBP) is a billing method where the client pays based on how much they use the service and its features. Its most popular form, the hybrid model, combines a fixed subscription fee with a variable fee based on usage.
The subscription pricing model will remain in effect for clients who sign up to use the Jumis solution or Jumis in combination with People/People+.
Clients currently using Jumis Finance or Jumis People will be offered the opportunity to review the new pricing model, evaluate its benefits, and switch to it if they wish. However, they may choose to remain on their current pricing model. In that case, no action is required—the existing payment method will continue automatically.
How will the transaction-based pricing model work in practice?
To help you better understand which features count as transactions and what the costs are for using them, we have prepared a price calculator where you can model various scenarios to understand how your total monthly bill is calculated.
We encourage you to review and test it carefully.
Why consider switching to a transaction-based pricing model?
- Precision that reflects reality
Every invoice will be based on actual usage—no overpaying for unused licenses.
- Flexibility that adapts to your workflow
If your usage decreases, you pay less. If it increases, the cost of the solution will adjust in line with your company's growth.
- Complete transparency and traceability
Every cent on the invoice is linked to a specific action—a document or a transaction.
- Data that strengthens your decisions
UBP provides usage reports that allow you to justify costs to management or clients.

"Our goal is to create a system that adapts to the rhythm of our clients' businesses, not the other way around. By introducing a transaction-based model, we are taking a step toward even greater transparency—the client pays exactly for the volume they actually consume. At the same time, it is important for us to maintain stability for our existing clients, which is why the transition to the new model remains a matter of choice."
