Welcome, Jumis Pro clients!

We believe that good accounting is based on data, transparency, and accuracy—just like a fair pricing system. Therefore, starting from March 1, 2026, all new Jumis Finance and Jumis People clients will be offered a different payment method—the transaction-based pricing model, which will replace the current subscription fee.

The transaction-based pricing model (sometimes referred to as UBP or usage-based pricing) is a payment method where the client pays for the amount of service and features they use. Its most popular form—the hybrid model—combines a fixed subscription fee with a variable fee based on usage.

Clients who sign up to use the Jumis solution or Jumis together with People/People+ will still have the subscription pricing model in effect.

Clients who are currently using Jumis Finance or Jumis People will be offered the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the new pricing model, evaluate its possibilities, and transition to it if desired. However, they can remain on the current pricing model. In that case, no action is required—the existing payment method will remain automatically.

How will the transaction-based pricing model work in practice?

To better understand what types of features will count as transactions and what the costs for their usage are, we have prepared a pricing calculator where you can model different scenarios to understand how the total monthly amount is calculated.

We encourage you to carefully review and try it out.

Why consider transitioning to the transaction-based pricing model?

  • Accuracy that reflects reality
  • Each invoice will be based on actual usage—no overpayments for unused licenses.

  • Flexibility that adapts to your workflow
  • If usage decreases, you'll pay less. If it increases, the solution's cost will adjust according to your company's growth.

  • Complete transparency and traceability
  • Every cent on the invoice is linked to a specific activity—documents and transactions.

  • Data that strengthens your decisions
  • UBP provides usage reports that you can use to justify costs to management or clients.

Types of transaction-based pricing models

"Our goal is to create a system that adapts to the rhythm of our clients' businesses, not the other way around. By introducing the transaction model, we are taking a step toward even greater transparency—clients pay precisely for the volume they actually consume. At the same time, it is important for us to maintain stability for existing clients, which is why the transition to the new model remains a free choice."
