Important information for Jumis users!

Due to internal system upgrades and modernization, starting this year only the TLS 1.2 security protocol or higher will be supported. This means that users with outdated operating systems or computers that do not meet Jumis technical requirementsmay experience issues accessing the system.

To ensure uninterrupted operation of Jumis, please ensure that:

• Your computer is running a supported operating system Windows 11, as of 14.10.2025 Windows 10 will no longer be technically supported,
• All the latest security and system updates are installed,
• A modern web browser that supports the latest security standards is being used.

If your computer does not meet these requirements, Jumis may not function correctly or access may be denied entirely.
