Changes to the Jumis Personāls offering
Dear Jumis user,
Please be advised that as of August 1, 2023, the Jumis Personāls section of the Jumis solution will become a standalone product under the same name: Jumis Personāls. Over the past few years, it has evolved from a simple payroll and leave calculation tool into a comprehensive employee management system.
By separating Jumis Personāls, we are better positioned to develop it as a full-fledged independent product, allowing us to dedicate even more development resources and time to it.
We aim to provide products that meet your needs and help you achieve your business goals. Following this separation, you will be able to choose and subscribe only to the product you use daily: Jumis or Jumis Personāls. Importantly, for customers who use only one of these products, the subscription fee will decrease. You can find more information about pricing here.

Over the last two years, we have introduced several useful and highly requested features, including:
- the ability to specify a probationary period for employees;
- synchronization of employee and individual records from Jumis Personāls to the Jumis solution;
- automatic setting of expiration dates for tax relief, special personal income tax rates, and EANG application upon employee termination;
- updates to report exports for the SRS EDS, expanding the range of reports that can be submitted via the SRS EDS API;
- the creation of an additional product, Personāls Plus, which offers functionality tailored for companies with larger workforces or those looking to streamline personnel administration.
Knowing how valuable your time is, we have consistently delivered all legislative updates promptly to ensure your work remains uninterrupted, such as changes to the employer report format for the SRS EDS.
In the coming months, Jumis Personāls will be further enhanced with the following new features:
- salary rate changes within a month,
- payroll calculation and reporting for Ukrainian civilian non-residents,
- improvements to calculations and reports for non-residents, and more.
We have discontinued development of the on-premises version of Jumis Personāls since March, and all clients now have the opportunity to transition to the more feature-rich cloud-based Jumis Personāls solution. You can test your internet connection's suitability for cloud services here.
