Jumis Online returns with new power

Jumis is our company's most popular product, having supported accountants across Latvia for several decades. Its reliable companion, Jumis Online, took a brief hiatus. We are pleased to announce that it is back as of 01.06.2026, with renewed capabilities to make your daily tasks faster and easier.

With Jumis Online, every Jumis user will now have access to:

• Document digitalization with text recognition (available only with the Jumis Expenses package);
• Creation of expense reports in just a few clicks from digitalized documents;
• Easy entry of partner data using information recognized from documents, in collaboration with Okredo;
• Simple invoicing and distribution directly from the system, without the need for software installation or specialized training;
• Direct import of bank transactions without manual file uploads;
• Accounting templates with proportional allocation and VAT calculation based on the document total;
• Bulk processing for digitalized documents and outgoing invoices;
• Customizable lists tailored to individual needs (column selection, width adjustment, and grouping);
• Document images attached to entries in Jumis Online;
• Excel and PDF exports;
• Convenient access to Jumis Online at any time.Important:‍
• Please note that the login URL for Jumis Online is changing from finance.mansjumis.lv to online.mansjumis.lv.
