Jumis Personāls September 2024 release

26.09.2024 — Jumis Personāls version includes:

Summary of changes in this release:

• Employee reports:
  
  • employment status as of a specific date
  • employee employment status over a specific period
  • length of service and employee age
• Report on employees and their length of service
• Improved mechanism for terminating employment when an employee holds multiple positions
• Absence history events now display calendar days and working days according to the standard working time calendar
• Accrued vacation calculation has been updated to include accruals in working days.
• Other changes.

Functionality created in previous versions:

• Changing salary rates on a monthly basis;
• Importing working hours from an Excel spreadsheet;
• Connecting to EDS using a VID API certificate;
• Adding a document to a historical event in the Personnel and Self-Service portal.
• Automatic posting of expense lists and synchronization of entries to Jumis.

 Updates are no longer provided for the local version of Personnel as it is no longer supported.
