09.02.2024 — Jumis Personāls version includes:

Summary of changes in this release:

• Automatic declension of first and last names in the employee card;
• Personal income tax calculated for resident income with code 1018 in the payment list will be included in the employer's report;
• A new code, 3068, has been added to the income code list: Employer-paid tuition fees for an employee's higher education.
• The code is included in the employee card under the Payments tab in the "Wages, employer-provided benefits, and board member remuneration" drop-down list;
• Fixed errors and deficiencies:
  
  • corrected the inclusion of personal income tax in the Statement of Amounts Paid to a Natural Person for employees with multiple positions during temporary leave;
  • improved the restoration of archived employee cards when rehiring and specifying a probationary period;
  • inclusion of terminated employees in the timesheet;
  • for companies with a large number of employees – notification of the creation of the 2-darbs report, with the report sent via email.
• Functionality created in previous versions:
• Automatic posting of payment lists and synchronization of entries to Jumis.

       Updates are not provided for the local version of Personāls as the version is no longer maintained.
