E-invoices are becoming increasingly relevant. As of this year, they are mandatory for all B2G transactions, and by 2028, this requirement will extend to the B2B sector. Jumis Pro already offers a comprehensive solution: Jumis Envoice. As legislation and industry requirements continue to evolve, this solution has been updated with new features and expanded capabilities.
Jumis Envoice improvements:
- Visibility of Envoice application status – whether the e-address is connected;
- A list of all added users;
- The ability to attach a PDF to a sales e-invoice – this option must be enabled manually in the Envoice administration portal. The Jumis solution will transmit only the e-invoice, and Envoice will attach the PDF, which can then be viewed in the portal;

- For supplier e-invoices received via Envoice from Jumis, it will be possible to view the invoice PDF and any other attachments, if present. If a PDF view is not available for an e-invoice, Envoice will generate one. On the Jumis side, this can be seen here:

In the Jumis and Envoice solutions, these attachments will appear as follows, with the option to download the XML:

- Additionally, through this feature, Jumis users will be able to view the PDF of an issued e-invoice if the e-invoice was created in My Assistant and then imported into Jumis.
- The ability to create an e-invoice with a PDF directly within the Jumis solution is currently under development.
Jumis and Jumis Envoice improvements:
- Resolved an issue for Jumis users utilizing Jumis Envoice – all e-invoices sent to an e-address now appear in the SRS EDS.
Important!
Jumis users utilizing a direct Jumis certificate connection to an e-address must install the latest Jumis DLL, which has been updated since the last Jumis release.
