Our newest service: the Jumis Envoice e-invoice exchange tool

The latest version of Jumis will include a new service called Jumis Envoice. It will operate in test mode until the end of September and is available for free trial.
Jumis Envoice
- enables e-invoice exchange between Jumis Pro accounting products;
- streamlines and simplifies onboarding, and provides the ability to send and receive e-invoices to and from an e-address (until September 2025);
- offers the option to send and receive e-invoices in collaboration with e-invoice operators (such as Unifiedpost or Telema), including sending and receiving e-invoices to and from the Peppol network (until October 2025).
How to start using Jumis Envoice
- In your Jumis accounting software, apply to activate Jumis Envoice by providing the email address of the company's authorized signatory and confirming that you wish to activate the service for the correct company database.
- Once the information is submitted, the authorized signatory will receive an email with a link to visit erekini.mansjumis.lv where they can use e-signature authorization to open the Jumis Envoice activation request. During authorization, the system will verify that the individual is indeed an authorized signatory for the company. If the company registry confirms the person has the authority to sign company documents, the application will open, allowing it to be signed with an e-signature.
- After the application is signed, Jumis Envoice will be activated, the company will be registered in the Jumis Envoice address book as an e-invoice sender and receiver, and the e-invoice exchange process will be ready for use.
In the first phase, until September 30, 2025, we are providing the ability to exchange e-invoices between Jumis Pro products. Subsequently, we will introduce the option to apply separately for e-invoice exchange via e-address and/or e-invoice operators.
For e-address integration, activation will take slightly longer, as the company must be activated on the e-address side after signing the e-address application form (which can be done on the erekini.mansjumis.lv website). Once this is complete, a notification will appear confirming that e-invoice exchange via e-address is active.
Jumis Envoice is a paid service; however, during the testing period—until the functionality for e-invoice exchange with e-addresses and e-invoice operators is fully implemented—we are offering it free of charge.
