What's new in the Jumis product
Jumis is a name familiar to almost every accountant in Latvia, having been on the market for several decades. As technology evolves, so does Jumis. What began as a simple accounting program has grown into a comprehensive business management solution. It includes everything necessary—accounting, payroll, inventory, e-invoicing, and more.
We are not stopping here; Jumis remains one of our core products, and its development continues. We have compiled the latest updates that are already available to our clients, as well as those currently in development:
Improvements:
- Enhanced and simplified integration between Jumis and the e-address system;
- Initial adjustments for e-invoices have been implemented and will be regularly updated in accordance with Latvian e-invoicing standard guidelines.
Features introduced in 2025:
- The Jumis Envoice solution, which allows for sending and receiving e-invoices not only via e-address but also between Jumis users. E-invoice operators will be integrated in the near future (early 2026), enabling the receipt of e-invoices from major Latvian service providers (such as those in the telecommunications sector) and facilitating exchanges with companies using other accounting software;
- A new feature for outsourced accounting providers: their clients can now send and receive e-invoices via the Jumis My Assistant self-service portal. Once an e-invoice is received or issued, it is sent to the Jumis system. Received e-invoices first go to the company manager for approval, and only then are they forwarded to the accountant in the Jumis system.
In development:
- Improvements to the creation of reconciliation statements (early 2026);
- Active work on stabilizing Jumis Online to offer it to new clients and improve the user experience for existing ones (Q1 2026);
- Enhancements to Jumis Inventory and technical work on migrating the Jumis database to a newer version to ensure improved operational stability (2026).
Important:
Improvements and new features will be available faster and more extensively in the cloud version of Jumis compared to the local version.
