New Jumis pricing

Jumis is the product that started our story in 1994, and it remains the most popular choice for accounting software in Latvia. It began as a locally based solution on a single computer, continued to grow, and moved to the cloud ten years ago. These are just the major changes the Jumis solution has undergone. We continue to develop it, offering new features and ways to simplify daily tasks for every user, automate processes, and fully leverage the opportunities of digitalization.
Jumis is at the beginning of its next development phase, and to ensure we continue to deliver the same quality and efficiency, prices will change effective July 1, 2026*.
- 1 user, 1 cloud database - €45/month.
- Local server installation - €50/month.
- Additional user - €12/month.
- 10 cloud databases - €20/month.
- 30 cloud databases - €40/month.
- 50 cloud databases - €50/month.
The full price list is available here.
*Prices are exclusive of VAT.
Important!
Starting July 1, the Jumis subscription fee includes Jumis Online and Jumis Envoice. When using Jumis Envoice, you only pay extra for transactions.*
*Moving forward, a transaction fee will apply to all sent and received e-invoices regardless of the channel, including those between Jumis Pro products.
As we conclude this development phase, we have implemented several key improvements and expanded the software's functionality.
Improvements made:
- Expanded information included in warehouse documents;
- Introduced new selection criteria for verifying e-address and Envoice partners, as well as for sending/receiving documents via e-address and Jumis Envoice;
- Inclusion of received and paid advance payment amounts in e-invoices;
- Enhanced revenue and profit reports in the Company Management related product;
- Accounting templates with proportional allocation and VAT calculation from the document total (Jumis Online);
- Improved data synchronization with Jumis People;
- Document digitalization with text recognition available via Jumis Online (only available with the Jumis Expenses package);
- Automatic bank statement retrieval from Latvian banks, as well as PayPal and Revolut, using the GoCardless integration (Jumis Online);
- Implementation of new fields in warehouse documents to comply with e-invoice guideline requirements (in development) – we will continue to implement all updates related to e-invoice fields;
- Advance payment reports can be created with just a few clicks from digitized documents in Jumis Online;
- When sending an e-invoice from Jumis, you can specify in Envoice that a PDF attachment be included with the e-invoice;
- A link to Envoice is available from Jumis, allowing you to view the e-invoice PDF visualization directly. If a PDF is attached to the e-invoice, it will be displayed; otherwise, a visualization is generated from the e-invoice data;
- Bank transaction import without file uploading (Jumis Online);
- Ability to view all erekini.mansjumis.lv sections in read-only mode for users who are not authorized signatories;
- Ability to check on erekini.mansjumis.lv whether an invoice has been successfully delivered to the recipient's e-address;
- Bulk actions for digitized documents and outgoing invoices (Jumis Online);
- Improvement to prevent errors in the e-invoice workflow, ensuring that Jumis does not allow the re-sending of an e-invoice with the same number to the same partner if it has already been successfully received;
